Risa is understanding, patient, proffessional and such a pleasure to work with. She is very knowledgable and always made sure that I knew every detail about purchasing my first home on my own. With the amount of changes that occured on my end from the beginning of my 18 month journey, I would think that most realtors would not stand by me, nor would I expect them to. Risa was always so accommodating and was always available day or night for my "many" questions and concerns. She truly looked out for me and for my best interests. After many changes from my spending budget to the city I wanted to live in, Risa was right there with a huge smile on her face ready to help me find my dream home. Not once did she complain about the changes that came up on my end. In fact, she always said the same thing, "I work for YOU. It's my job to make YOU happy and that's what I intend to do!" I knew that when Risa said this to me for the first time that she was passionate about what she did and truly loved her job. More than that, I trusted her to find me the most perfect home for my children and me.

In a nutshell, Risa Bassetto not only found me my dream home, but she found it in an excellent community and my children and I couldn't be happier. I am so grateful that I was able to experience working with Risa.
